Join the Minot Association of Builders and the City of Minot for a practical, no-nonsense Lunch & Learn focused on the fundamentals of local building codes, including the code changes recently adopted for 2026. Presented by Gage DeGroot, MCP, with the City of Minot, this session is designed to help builders, contractors, designers, and industry partners stay current and confident as new requirements take effect. Lunch is included! Whether you’ve been building for years or are new to the process, this session will help you navigate the updated codes with confidence. If you’ve heard “the code changed” and thought I should probably know what that means… this class is for you. 😉
