The Venue at The Spot is located on the 2nd floor of The Spot in downtown Minot. You may enter through the main doors at The Spot, or the doors located on the corner of 3rd St NE and Central Ave, just south of the Cenex Convenience Store entrance.

Join the Minot Association of Builders for an evening of celebration! 

The Builders Bash is a culmination of our awards presentations, annual board meeting, and holiday party -- all rolled into one BIG Night. This is where we come together to celebrate the industry, celebrate everything the MAB has accomplished this year and recognize the great work you do by presenting our Builder of the Year, Associate of the Year, Citizen of the Year, BEAM Award and the Dan Feist Extra Mile Award winners. We'll end the evening with the familiar ruckus of Family Feud and other games, hosted by Encore Events!

Tickets can be purchased for individuals, and sponsorships as well as reserved tables are available. Treat your employees, clients, and business partners to a fun night out! 

Heavy appetizers from Starving Rooster are included for all attendees, and a cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Make sure to bring some cash! We will have additional games available throughout the evening, for a chance to win great prizes and support causes near and dear to MAB: Builder Bingo, Hard Hats & Hammers for Scholarship, and Hammerschlagen for PAC!

The announcement you've all been waiting for...the Builders Bash will go on! Thank you for your patience as we worked out a new date and location for our event...in the new year! 

Here are all the details:
BUILDERS BASH (rescheduled)
DATE: January 12, 2023
LOCATION: The Venue at The Spot (in case you haven't heard - this is a super cool space on the 2nd floor of The Spot in downtown Minot) 
TIME: 5pm-9pm

DETAILS: We'll still be serving up great food from The Starving Rooster, and great entertainment at the end of the evening from Encore Events! In between, we'll be celebrating a great year at the MAB by recognizing our award winners and installing our board of directors. We'll hear from special guests and play some extra games to raise money for the annual Dana Ebel Memorial Scholarship! Our theme is once again "Lumberjack Bash", so get our your plaid and flannel and join in on the fun! 

TICKETS: 
  • For those that purchased tickets, sponsorships, or tables for our original date, they will be transferred to the NEW date. We do realize the rescheduled date may not work for all, so here are a few options if you cannot attend on January 12th but already purchased a ticket: 
    • You may opt to have your Ticket purchase be donated to the MAB Scholarship fund
    • Your ticket purchase can be turned in to a credit on your member account to be used towards a different event
    • You may request a refund
      • **All ticket changes/requests should be made in writing to erika@minotab.com by Friday, January 6th, 2023. 
  • If you were not able to attend on December 15th but you can make it on January 12th -- you may still purchase a ticket HERE or by emailing erika@minotab.com
