These companies include any company not technically “building.” That would include anything from electricians and plumbers to mortgage companies to suppliers. The cost for an associate member is $475/year starting from the date you sign up.

These companies do hands-on construction work, whether it is building homes, doing remodels, or commercial building. The cost for a builder member is $475/year starting from the date you sign up.

These members are employees of a current member company (builder or associate) who wish to be listed individually and receive their own correspondence from the association. This membership is great for real estate agents whose brokerage is a member or companies with multiple branches or individual salespeople, for example. The cost for an affiliate member is $45/year starting from the date you sign up as long as your primary member company remains in good standing.
